The measurement posture refers to the posture that has been maintained from the beginning of the measurement until the device displays the measurement result. if do not meet the standard measurement posture will affect the measurement result. so ensure measurement accuracy,it is recommended to sit still for at least 5 minutes before measurement, as shown in the figure:

1) Install the air bag correctly on the back case of the watch, Make sure no air leaks

2) Remove other objects on your wrist. Please cover ulna bone. and the air bag should be close to your wrist. (keep the wrist in wet state)

3) Click the blood pressure measurement button to enter precise measurement

4) Maintain correct sitting posture:
a) Natural extension of wrist and palm
b) Keep quiet avoid talking
c) Keep watch flush with the heart
d) Support the elbow
e) Lay your feet without crossing

5) Non-pressurized airbag, sit steadily and relax

Accurate measurement: Using the air pump and the air bag to pressurize, the small pressure change in the air bag caused by the fluctuation of the blood flow in the artery under the air bag is processed by the internal air pressure sensor to measure the blood pressure. Also called “oscillometric method”
Fast measurement: through infrared sensors and chips, it analyzes blood composition, concentration, flow rate, heart rate, etc.. to calculate blood pressure result by scientific data model. The BP results of fast measurement can be calibrated through app.
