Terms
7-days unconditional return
– The return must be completed within 7 days after delivery
– PPWOLF will NOT pay the freight
– Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened condition.
15-Days free replacement for quality issue
– Only applicable to orders from official ppwolf stores
– The return must be completed within 15 days after delivery
– PPWOLF will NOT pay the freight
– Items must be properly packed to avoid damage during shipment
1-year free repair service
– Order from ppwolf offical online stores and authorized dealers
– PPWOLF will pay for repair fee but will NOT pay the freight
– Only quality problems (excluding man-made damage) within 1 year after receipt
Notes:
1) Physical damage and misuse items WILL NOT be replaced for 15 days free. Physical damage includes but is not limited to misuse, water damage, physical impact, hit, bump, drop, fall, disassembly and other damage that may be found by ppwolf service center.
2) Physical damage and misuse of items WILL NOT be repaired free of charge. However, customers can ask ppwolf to provide paid services. In this case, the return freight and maintenance costs will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions / exclusions
PPWOLF warranty does NOT include:
- The product exceeds the warranty period
- Faults caused by misuse, abuse, modification, accident or collision
- Improper storage and installation
- Normal wear
- Products without obvious anti-counterfeiting marks and / or date labels
- Damaged, water damaged, damp products
- Disassembled products
- Flash firmware or root device
- In case of failure and further damage, please continue to use the item
Note: if the customer damages / misuses the product, the warranty of the product will expire immediately. In this case, there is no compensation. Customers are welcome to contact us for spare parts or replacement parts if applicable. We will charge the original price and delivery fee of the components.
Warranty process (return / repair / refund)
- Submit your return / repair / refund application at the return center
- Send an email to the customer center providing the following information
- Request approved by customer center
- The customer sends the project to the designated transportation carrier
- Send tracking number to customer center
- The customer center checks the goods when they arrive and sends the results to the customer together with the solution [return / repair / refund]
- If there is any repair / replacement, please send it back to the customer
- Warranty service completed
Please carefully follow our Warranty process and provide us with the following details to minimize any delay:
- Basic information: order number, order platform, model / name.
- Describe the problem of the item in detail: what happened? When and how
- Tell us how you are trying to solve this problem.
- Send clear photos or videos showing defects.
Note: Photos / videos should be clear, focused, taken under good lighting conditions and taken from close to medium distance. This enables us to diagnose and verify problems. We will do our best to help you. Thank you in advance for all the above information.
This warranty does not require product registration. This warranty guarantees our products against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original consumer who purchased the new product from ppwolf online store or authorized distributor. This warranty may not be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser.
