There are 2 ways to open automatic health detection.
Operation path through APP: Mine ->My Device ->Switch Setting ->open all the functions
Operation path through the watch: Top Menu ->Setting ->Health&Monitor ->open all the functions

HRV data is derived from monitoring your heart while you sleep. So wear it while sleeping at night and you’ll find your monitoring data the next day.

Only 2 kinds of data will be saved in the APP:
1) The automatic detection function is turned on. Your health indicators will be checked regularly and recorded in the APP automatically.
2) The detection and measurement initiated manually through the APP will be recorded in the APP.

Therefore, a manually initiated measurement on the watch will display the data immediately, but it will not be synchronized to the APP.

IP67 waterproof standard, effectively prevent sweat and raining, no more worry about water in daily use (but after in cold water, wash your hands with spraying, please wipe off the water for keep device dry. It is not recommended to swim with it)
