Where is the package sent from?
All packages will be sent from the CHINA warehouse.

How long will it take to ship the order out?
The orders will be shipped within 3 working days. For bulk orders, the processing time will be taken 7 – 15 days.

What kinds of delivery methods do we offer?
Standard shipping and Express shipping.
Express shipping methods include DHL, FedEx. It takes about 7-14 business days to deliver to most of countries. Standard shipping is shipped by air too. It takes about 10-30 business days to deliver.

Do we offer free shipping?
No, the shipping fee is calculated based on product weight and shippment address.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
You can get all the details about the shipping fee by clicking [ here ]. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.

Wrong or Missing Parts
There are huge kinds of parts in the store, so the difficulty of distribution and storage is large. If there is a mismatch, please contact us directly to get a solution.
For missing or damaged parts, we will send them to you for free.

What kind of package do you offer?
Usually, we use special cartons for express delivery as package.

How do we pack the items
All the parts in one order will be packed together in one package.

Out of stock issue
Cases of out-of-stock:

  1. Can’t find the color you need. Maybe this color is not produced or it is temporarily sold out. Please wait patiently for production or restock. And don’t hesitate to contact us (service@ppwolf.com) to ask for details.
  2. Adding to the shopping cart, but there are parts out of stock when placing the order. The parts have been purchased by other customers because the inventory will be locked only after the order is submitted. Inventory changes from time to time, so you can submit your order as soon as possible to avoid this situation from happening.

About Customs Tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by country law. PPWOLF is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs duties, Refund won’t be processed if the buyer doesn’t complete customs. buyers can neither receive the product nor refund finally.

For EU Taxes
From 1 July 2021, PPWOLF generally will need to collect VAT on sales of goods delivered to EU consumers, including circumstances where goods are delivered from outside of the EU with order value of up to EUR 150, or where goods are shipped from within EU where the seller is established outside the EU.
